Lobster Bisque

4 cups 1% milk
1 cup light cream
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups chopped cooked lobster meat (hint steam live lobster in shell with sea water for great taste!)
Paprika to taste
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Cream sherry

Over low heat sauté chopped cooked lobster meat in melted butter and paprika for 10 minutes

In meantime, heat milk and cream in microwave till warm and bubbles form around rim
Add heated milk to lobster and season to taste with pepper, salt and cream sherry. I used
approximately 1/2 cup of sherry. Stir often.
